The deal, in plain English: what you pay, what you own, and what's expected on both sides.
Services are billed monthly, at the price or quote you agreed when you signed up. Web services plans are the prices shown on the Web Services page; managed services are the amount in your written quote. If a price ever has to change, you'll be told before the new price applies.
You can cancel any service at any time. Billing stops at the end of the period you've already paid for, and there are no cancellation fees. If you cancel hosting, we'll hand over your website files — see the next section.
Your domain name, website content, files, and data belong to you. We manage them on your behalf; we don't own them and we won't hold them hostage. On request — including when you leave — we'll provide your website files and help point your domain where you want it.
Services may not be used for anything illegal, and specifically:
If an account is used this way, we may suspend the service — we'll tell you why, and work with you in good faith if it was a mistake or a compromise.
We work to keep services running and respond within one business day, and monitoring runs around the clock — but availability is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no service-level agreement (SLA) and no uptime guarantee unless a separate written agreement between you and OllyLabs says otherwise.
Managed services cover what's in your agreed plan and quote. Work outside that scope — projects like new office setups, major hardware work, redesigns, and new features — is quoted separately and only starts once you've agreed the price.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, and material changes will be pointed out to active clients rather than slipped in quietly.
